Pre-Order Details

We use the pre-order/pre-sale method as it helps to reduce the amount of waste and excess inventory by only producing what was ordered. It also ensures you get the size and colour you want as the item is made specially for you!

Here's how the pre-order works along with timing. 

1. Select the item(s) of clothing you would like and place an order on our website as you normally would.

2. Your item(s) will go into production within 1 week of placing your order. Each item is cut and sewn with so much love and care by our small partner studio in Calgary, Canada.

3. Production typically takes 1-2 weeks and once done your order will be packaged and shipped to you within a week (or two, depending where you live!).

You will receive your order within 3-4 weeks from when you placed it.
